Anna has been a coach that I've loved for over five years. Her greatest attributes include positivity and acceptance. When you take her class she makes sure you feel seen and accepted no matter where you are on your fitness journey. Her ability to shift gears and/or make accomodations and never miss a beat are also incredibly impressive. The more chaos in a workout, the calmer Anna becomes, giving class (and me) the confidence to know they can get through it. From her wide selection of music choices to her very detailed strength training cues and everything in-between, she's an outstanding coach.

I love Anna's classes. Her enthusiasm and energy at 6:30 am make for a great start to my day. i go twice a week and she vaires the routines to keep us on our toes without being too complicated for our morning brains :) I've made special trips in just for class some days- wouldn't be a Tuesday or Thursday without her!
