Anna Kay

Certified Lifestyle and Wellness Coach

Certified Personal Trainer

Growing up as a competitive gymnast, dancer, and lacrosse player, Anna developed a deep connection to movement and the discipline it requires. She began her journey in kinesiology at the University of Maine, where she earned her personal training certification and led group fitness classes including Zumba, hip-hop, and barbell strength.

She later transferred to Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, earning a degree in Health Education and Promotion to build a strong foundation in wellness.

Anna has coached at Orangetheory Fitness locations across Boston and the South Shore, as well as at the University Club of Boston, and continues to train clients privately. To further expand her expertise in integrative health and behavior change, Anna completed the Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching certificate through Harvard Medical School’s executive education program.

Beyond fitness, Anna is deeply passionate about the intersection of science, spirituality, and human potential. Her work is rooted in the belief that true strength goes beyond physical performance and is built through resilience, self-awareness, and the ability to regulate the nervous system.

She has attended conferences hosted by the Gaia Center in Colorado, including the 2022 Emersion conference featuring Michael Beckwith and Marianne Williamson, and has studied conscious evolution and epigenetics at Gregg Braden and Bruce Lipton’s 2023 Life Strategies event in Rimini, Italy.

Additionally she has participated in yoga retreats in Costa Rica and has hosted meditation classes, integrating mindfulness, creativity, and self-expression into her approach to health and well-being.
